Australian Team

Our Australian based Team of highly trained Virtual Receptionists operate normal business hours from 8:00AM to 6:00PM local time in every State and Territory of Australia, Monday to Friday. If you need extra coverage from our Australian Team, we offer an Extended Hours Option covering Early Morning to Late Evenings Monday to Friday and Saturdays. This is all provided by the same Team of Australian based Virtual Receptionists that deliver our excellent services to callers during normal business hours.

Philippines Team Australian Management

We also have a sister company in the Philippines that we set up to service clients from around the world who were looking for a more comprehensive outsourced call centre solution and/or a more attractive cost base.

The standards we set for our Australian Team are the same standards we deliver from our Team in the Philippines. Perfect English Language skills are the first requirement. We invest the time and effort required in training and coaching to ensure our Philippines Call Centre Team is more than able to meet and exceed our Australian and our global clients’ expectations.
